Hello,
I am the creator and administrator of a EasySocial Page, why by default my new publications are published as a user ?
Logically it should be the opposite… And that by default I publish as a Page.

This is the way it works on Facebook

Thank you,
Philippe
Hi Phillipe,

You can change the view as page as shown: https://take.ms/xIC4A

Thank you Fadhli

What I wanted to say is why by default it is not the Page which is selected ? Like on Facebook.
You gave me a custom file, but only it doesn't work on the iOS app or android.
A setting from the back-end would be welcome to define who by default is the author of a publication in a page

Do you mean it doesn't work for when you use Easysocial mobile native app (public version)?

I mean that your custom file from the following link does not work for the mobile application :
https://stackideas.com/forums/disable-view-page-as#reply-491889

It would be preferable if this could be configured in the back-end settings.

And deactivate the option to publish as Admin on a Page.
I wish we could only publish as Page, by default (like on Facebook).

Thank you

If you referring the native mobile app and yes these modification code will not work, this only work the web.

From what I see you are the only person who request to change this behavior at this point of time.

However, I did consult with our developer regarding this before I replied you, we will consider to change the behavior show the view as page owner first instead of showing current logged in user (if the current logged in user is that page owner).

And the "publish as Admin on a Page" button will remain on the page so the page owner also can choose post as current logged in user.
