Videos uploaded to Events not appearing on main Videos page...

I'm assuming that if a video (YouTube link) is uploaded on an event page, it should also get added to the main video listing?

I was hoping that was the case.. but have realised that it doesn't seem to be...

2 examples recently uploaded on event pages:
mysite /stream/item/79840
mysite /stream/item/79830

..but neither of these appear on mysite.com /videos

Can you confirm if this is a problem, or if I'm perhaps missing a setting to achieve this behaviour whereby all uploaded videos would appear on the videos page? Thanks!
Actually that was the current default behaviour, the main video page doesn't include those video who upload those video in the group/page/event page.
