Videos Not Playing In Stream

Hello,

I am having the same issue that was outlined in this resolved post:

Videos are showing up in the stream but only play as an external link to youtube. They do not play in the stream. Am I missing a setting? I am hoping for a fix? I have included Backend Access/ FTP access for you to review.
