I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to connect to the FTP with the provided login credentials but unfortunately they aren't working. Could you please edit the post and include the correct FTP access?

It would be best if you can consult with your current web hosting service provider regarding this and see how it goes. It is required for your to re-paste those links again in order for the video to works.
