Seems like it is not only video stream that is missing, there is multiple stream item was missing on the stream.
Can I have a permission to re-install your EasySocial in your site?

The problem is because you have disabled the stream items for videos in the app, http://take.ms/gc3EE . I have enabled it and it shows up now.

I probably did not pay attention to that.
