Hello,

I am trying to add a video to my blog and it's says "No compatible Source", yet when I use JCE editor and embed the video, it works, but I want to use easyblog editor. Can you please help me fix this?
Hey Ed,

Could you upload the video here so that we can try to upload it on your site? Also, which browser are you testing to view it?

Have you had a chance to look at this? I would really like to know what's going on as it is live on our site?

Hi there,

It seems that it is our known issues actually. On chrome, it will shown error like the image you attached above and on other browser it is working as it should. *mine is viewed on Firefox, and when i viewed them using chrome, i hit same issues like yours.

This issues already fixed on our end, and will be included on our next release version. If it is, urgent for you, it would be best if you can provide us with your FTP access for us in order to apply them on your site.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

It seems that i cant compile your site scripts as i hit this error http://take.ms/wbPZU. Maybe you can consult with your current web hosting provider regarding this and see how it goes. Once they have resolved this, let us know and we will continue applying those fixes for you.

Please advice.

Hi there,

Maybe you can try to clear your browser and site cache first and see how it goes. As on my end, as listed below. Only on chrome not working.

Firefox - http://take.ms/d7moI
Chrome - http://take.ms/gSfiR

Please advice.

OK, if I change the video format, will that help? I don't understand how this can be so difficult? These videos have been working fine on my site for years. Also, siteground said the permissions for the folders are fine and you should be able to change files or compile.

Actually, it is depend on browser currently. If you changed those videos, it will also shown you same result, and this issues only caused by chromes as it is using latest html5 format. And we need to done some modification in order to suit all browser.

By the way, it seems that, i still cant compile those script on your site as i hit same error as before. Please advice.

Hi there,

I also miss-understand this with my developer. Yes you can use other extension, as some of them is not compatible for example, .FLV . So my fixed is to make sure all videos is compatible on all browser. Maybe you can wait for our next release version for those fixes. Thanks for your understanding.

Your issues should be resolved already right?
