Video Views seem incorrect

It seems that the video views may be incorrect. After login, if I open a group page where video is located it reads that I have viewed the video, although I did not click on the video to actually view / play the video.

I can't seem to replicate this locally. Can you upload a screenshot of the issue so we can look into it?

I believe once you view the page, it registers as a view of the video, without you actually playing the video. I could be wrong.

You are referring to the video's hit counter correct? If that's the case, you are right. This is the correct behavior(http://take.ms/n1Sng).
