Hello Mark/Team.

Compliments of the season to you all.

We're experiencing difficulties uploading videos - the FFMPEG path is correct, and when we upload a video we get no error message.

We get a prompt confirming the video is scheduled for processing however, this never happens and we see no video pending either. We have an active cron - (see all screenshots)

Please assist.

Thanks

Michael
It seems like you've disable the php function passthru where it is compulsory as stated in our requirement: http://take.ms/NSV2I in order the command to be pass to ffmpeg in order it to work
Can you remove the passthru in your disabled function: http://take.ms/oLpVR

Hi Michael,

It is actually already queue the video to be process once the cron job kick in. However, it was not listed when I try to filter it to 'pending' state as you can see if I show all video and see the latest video it shows my new video : http://take.ms/FaZnf
Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue? And it is possible to provide us with your cpanel as well to see the cronjob configuration as well?

Your cooperation is much appreciated Micheal
You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hello Muhammad,

Thanks for getting back - I have provided the FTP details by editing my first post, and I have now included the Cpanel details also.

Thanks for looking into this.

With kind regards,

Michael
