video upload error

I can not upload a mp4 video. An error message appears:
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 2 column 5 of the JSON data
what could be the reason for this?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems that i am not be to replicate this issue using my video currently, can you provide us those video for us further check on this issues? Please advice.

Thank you for your fast response.
I found the reason for the error. I have created the video with imovie from apple and then saved the video in mp4 format. The upload then led to the error. Solution: I have the mp4 imovie file with Free MP4 Converter newly converted to mp4 format.

Is it possible that videos created by iMovie can not be processed by ES?

Currently, there are no IMovie installed on my end Maybe you can provide me with that video so that we can further check this issues.
