Did you already configure the FFMpeg paths in EasySocial? In order for video uploads to be processed, EasySocial requires FFmpeg and if you are unsure about the path to ffmpeg, you need to consult this with your hosting company.

If you already have the correct path to ffmpeg and it isn't rendering correctly, can you please provide us with the site and ftp access to investigate this?
