You can actually edit the name of the video in the video edit page(http://take.ms/QC7es).
Alternatively, you can also remove the video title from the stream by template overriding this file: JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/streams/videos/preview.php (http://take.ms/L3ePK)
However, this only removes the title from the stream item, not the title in the video entry page.
