It would be best if you can post this in feature request so that we can see if we can improve this on our future release version. I believed that most of the time, those descriptions should be short and simple.

By the way, you can apply attached files at this path template/your_current_template/htmlcom_easysocial/videos/item/default.php *template override path so that this customizatoin wont be overridden on your next update.
