I am sorry for the late reply.
I believe you can't upload video to EasySocial yet. If you do upload a video through there, EasySocial will prompt you that the uploaded file is invalid format. Currently EasySocial only allow to upload image. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. If this is not the issue, perhaps you can explain more so that we can understand you much better.
