May i know which component you referring? is it when you submit a new blog post then it didn't populate the video or image in Facebook page?

Or when you submit a youtube link from Easysocial stream, it didn't populate the image/video in Facebook when during autopost?

Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site , in case we need to troubleshoot this issue.

sorry mean social. Posting a video/event to facebook in previev right picture is present but after sending my sitelogo is instead. It was working fine until last 5 days (thats why i ask for changes).... For understanding, thumbnail I mean

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Restest a video after a week (facebookcache was cleared before). Now should reworking... No Plan mark fixed
