Unfortunately this is not possible currently as it will use the post cover instead. The only work around is for you to post a quick post using the "Video" tab.

Hm, if you have used the quick post to post a video http://take.ms/o7yDY , it should then pick the video up. Did you enable this in the module settings, http://take.ms/hMV0z ?

Solved the module but now i have problem with grid layout, is possible show video instead image placeholder?

Ah, unfortunately the grid view can only support images currently. If you need to hack the codes, you could modify the file /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/grid/default.php
