I've checked in your site, it seems like you have post your video on `closed` group, which mean that if you post in private group, those video will not show in public area even your module set as public.

For example : http://www.hakisaki.com/community/videos/group/53-test-group/2-ufc-champ-ronda-rousey-boxing-legend-mike-tyson-on-gd-la-pegson/item

If you access this link as guest user, it will ask you for login first only can view this video, is because this video posted from one of the closed group.

And I noticed your module settings is configured to show only 1 video and 'random' mode, if you refresh the page, the random show public video, it will show that video in public.
