It seems like your site is running HTTPS, by the way, I have applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\helpers\videos\youtube.php

It should work fine now if you embed this youtube in your discussion -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3T6X-8oSPUE
