with the new video feature or ES does this mean i dont need HWD video component anymore, in other words, what modules does this video feature now all come with, so I can know what modules i can use thru out my site that are video modules, etc. also when you say my users can "upload" a video doesnt that take up a ton of space on my server having uploaded videos directly to my site? also so shouldnt i just make it so they can only embed a video with youtube and vimeo? please explain?

Yes, we do have Easysocial video module available in 1.4, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

But unfortunately we do not have a settings to turn off one of the option e.g External Video, Upload Video in current system yet. (you can temporary using css to hide it)

To be honestly, I am not really sure how HWD work, perhaps you can do some comparison with Easysocial video feature and HWD and see how it goes?
