Hi William,

I tried uploading a video on your site and I did not encounter the issue: http://take.ms/5Zkz3

Perhaps I am missing something here? Can you provide us the video so we can try with that video?

It only works for small files. I can not upload a file that errors out because of the size limit on attachments. All files over a certain size error out.

Hey William,

May I know what is the size of the video that errors out? Have you try increasing the size limit on EasySocial and your server?

You would also have to take into consideration that if the upload to your server takes too long, it may time out.

Hey William,

I am able to access the site now. After some investigation, I tried to place some debug codes it looks like the higher size video file is hitting some sort error from your server's side(http://take.ms/Erm6z). Perhaps there is some sort of restriction in place on server level?

Can you consult your webhosting provider and see what they can find out about this?

Hey William,

To be frank with you, we are not really familiar with how to increase the maximum upload file size in Windows IIS web server,

May i know do you have any webhosting provider to assist you on this?
