Video encoding progress

Hello
We installed ffmpeg on our server, version 2.8
The path settings unlocked the options so it's discovered in the back-end
How can we tell if videos i add in the front-end are being encoded ? It seems to take a long time and i can't tell the progress ?

The encoding process will be showing here: http://screencast.com/t/hvbM6xBbbM or http://screencast.com/t/E2bEHfWHMK . If the progress is not moving, there is something wrong with the uploader. You can provide us your backend and FTP access so we can check this for you.
