video conversion display ignore% status

Hello.
1) navigate to "All video"
2) press "Add video"
3) upload video.
4) wait for uploading
Result: when conversion (video processing) starting, sometimes I can see ignore% instead of 10% on Safari in iOS 16. Screen attached.
There is no detailed steps to reproduce 🤷‍♂️

Is there a video that we can use to reproduce this issue consistently? Because if there's no way to reproduce this consistently, we will not be able to investigate further.
