Video/Audio Upload Question

Hi there,

I know that we will get Video upload in 1.3. My question is will it support audio upload as well? (.mp3).



Thank you!
Videos and audios are actually 2 separate systems altogether. It would not include audios yet.

No problem David Videos would require a specific encoder such as ffmpeg or zencoder (online service) but I don't think you need any encodings for audio's though. I would personally think that audio's should be separated from videos simply because you wouldn't want the audio player to display a huge video player just to listen to audios

Yup, definitely Maybe later down the road. Let's focus on what everybody is requesting first. Otherwise we would stuck in a viscous cycle of features lol.
