Hello Rippon,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Could you mind provide some screenshot regarding with your question or Joomla backend and frontend access so we can help you check on this issues ?
If I'm not getting wrong your meaning here, you can click the toggle editor and check the video code where you would like to put that position,
see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/2fpswT0VfY

Hi,
I create my article only in the backend, the all my authors are not developpers so I cannot read all their articles and change the parameter each time. It's a little bit hard.

Look at the two images for the result on the exerpt and the entire article.

I had to put the video in a popup to "hide" this problem but I do prefer it inside the article.

Regards

Hello Rippon,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Unfortunately we do not have the option set the video to the middle of the content by default.
Correct me if i getting wrong meaning of previous reply, actually the blog entry display the content is follow what user put their content first, example : If the user put the content first, after that insert a video, then the result will come out like that. See my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/9qHn4ePinsr (backend) | http://screencast.com/t/OICGiYSkLj9 (frontend)

Hope this explanation help. If that is different issues with yours, could you mind provide some screenshot regarding with your question or Joomla backend and frontend access so we can help you check on this issues ? Please advise.

Hello Rippon,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Actually I'm not sure what your client put their content in the blog post, so hard to confirm to you what is that happening of that.
If you try to disable this option http://screencast.com/t/8MxFe1Io7SD also didn't help, could you mind provide us with your Joomla backend and Frontend login credential, so we can help you investigate on this issues? Please advise.

You can put the information in the optional information field below. Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.
Or send us an email at support@stackideas.com or contact us via our helpdesk, https://crm.stackideas.com
Hope this help.

Hi,

I do not manage to solve the problem.

I try to put the content first but nothing change. About the other solution (about introtext), what does "default introtext" means if I set the parameter to "no" ?

Iput the creentials for you, so you can connect you to the backend.

Hello Rippon,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Could you mind provide which blog entry including that video so we can help you investigate on this issues? Because i have tried to create a blog post from your backend, it seems like the "New" button is not working for me.

About the other solution (about introtext), what does "default introtext" means if I set the parameter to "no" ?
>> If you choose 'No', default intro text will be displayed in listing page. (If no intro text, full blog content will be displayed)
Also, this option can control in your frontpage blog post layout truncate the blog content and set the video, image, or other media position. But this option is not control from the blog entry page, that is follow what you put the content first.
