Currently, we will encode and process them after you upload them on your site as you can refer here http://take.ms/bYSF1. In order for you to make sure that your site allowed to upload big size videos, you need to increase your upload_max_filesize (you can consult with your current web hosting service provider to increase them for you).

I own my own dedicated server - if you have access my website, you will see that videos and gif images are already in effect.

I want to know if it is possible for users to upload big file and the system to compress the video size during encoding just like on facebook, whatsapp and youtube.

While you are at that - if you go to the martfame-mall or listofitems while logged in - you will see EasySocial Dropdown Menu module - if you click on the dropdown, it is too wide - is there anyway to make it align properly?\\Many thanks

Currently, it is depend on this settings http://take.ms/nPAQI. I believed that those compressed videos, will not be that small currently.
