I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Actually you can increase `upload_max_filesize` and `post_max_size` PHP directive more than 128MB from your PHP server (php.ini).

In easysocial, you can control how many file size user can able to upload from your site backend > Easysocal > user > profile type > edit your existing profile type "Registered Users" > click on ACL tab

So you can ciick on the video and audio setting to set 'Maximum File Size For Video Uploads' or 'Maximum File Size For Audio Uploads' how many size you allow user to upload, you can refer my attached screenshot below.
