Hello,

I created a custom notification to send a reminder email to expired subscribers 2 months after the end of their membership.
Is there a way (log file?) in PayPlans to check if this custom notification is working?

Thank you
Hey Simon,

Whenever an email is sent from the payplans notification rule, we create logs as well as with the title "Email Sent successfully". You can find under backend PayPlans >> Logs >> Audit Logs. But this log title is the same for all notification rule, you need to open and see which email is sent.

There is another method to know that, you need to edit the expired subscription from the backend and go to the logs section. See the recent log and you will find the param name like "postExpiry.." and its value is 1, which means the email sent successfully. this way you can also confirm a more convenient way.

Let me know if you have any queries.

Hi Manisha,

In Logs / Audit Logs when searching "Email Sent successfully" the most recent result is from March 19, 2021.

Memberships expired for the most part on January 1, 2022.

Shouldn't you start seeing more recent successfully sent email notifications in the logs.

Could you tell me what membership you used for the screenshot.

Merci

Hey,

Could you tell me what membership you used for the screenshot.
The screenshot I've shared is from my local end for reference.

Memberships expired for the most part on January 1, 2022.
Let me run the corn job again and will let you know.

Hey,

I am really sorry for the delayed response.

I've got some bug and already fixed this at your end and now post expiration emails sent successfully.
You can see this subscription to see the logs : https://www.sfgm-tc.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=subscription&layout=form&id=536

I've logged this into our issue tracker and will include this fix into our coming release.

Update us if any issue persist.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello,

Thanks for your intervention.

If I want to resend a reminder, can I just create a new custom notification or is there something else to do?

Thank you

If you want to resend the reminder then you need to create a new notification rule.
Because of the existing one notification rule, once an email is sent to the user, can not resent again.

Let me know if you have any queries.
