VAT applied on renewal

Hello,

When a user renews his plan the EU vat is added when it should not be added for a business with a valid eu vat id.

message:
VAT id is invalid or not-registered

This only happens on RENEWAL, when buying a new subscription vat is not added

I have tried to replicate this issue on my local but i am unable to replicate this, can you provide us with one test user account where you are hitting this issue so we can check better.

Please update us with response.

What did you exactly do on the site?
I have saved orders showing the vat added on renewals and miraculously after you logged on the site the following renewals do not add the VAT...

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply due to weekend.

I have only checked the configuration of your EUVAT app instance but did not make any changes at your site, Its good to here that you are not hitting this issue now but if you hit this issue again please update us with one test user to check this issue better.
