I have inspected your site and it seems like you're using an older version of Vanilla. 1.0.5. The latest version is 1.0.6 and I believe this issue issues has been addressed in the latest version. Please update your Vanilla template to the latest version.

By the way, please note that if you have placed a customization on your template, it is best to backup all your customization as the update will override all core files.

I have upload the latest version of theVanilla template but i'm still hitting the same when trying edit an existing Joomla Article.

Seems like these issues coming from JCE editor and not from the plugin as you can see here http://take.ms/GDT7T. I have changed it to TinyMCE and it should works as it should now.

It would be best if you can consult with them regarding this and see how it goes.
