I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i checked, it seems like somewhere trigger this module Fixed-n-Sticky based on 'something element' then it inject this module code into position-7, you can check my attached first screenshot.

I suspect this module looking for that expected element but that is not exist in Vanilla template so this doesn't work for now.

Is it possible for you consult with this module provider and see how this actually work? And how this module know only inject on the position-7 module position area instead of other module position on the page?

I've now positioned the fixed & sticky module on Vanilla's module position "right" and it works just fine.
