Hi!
What module(s) have you published on the sidebar as shown in the screenshots on the Vanilla beta blog post (screen shot attached)?
Also, how do I get the blog or discussion top menus (see attached images)? Where can I post the language switcher?
Hi there,

What module(s) have you published on the sidebar as shown in the screenshots on the Vanilla beta blog post (screen shot attached)?

We have enabled this module ' Vanilla Sidebar Module ' for our sidebar.

Also, how do I get the blog or discussion top menus (see attached images)?

Those menus are created on your 'Main menu' as shown http://take.ms/V0n8e

Where can I post the language switcher?

You can check those positions available on your site by clicking this http://take.ms/VoXtn or append ?tp=1 on your url as for example
https://www.mountolives.org?tp=1

Please advice.

Thank you for the prompt response.
The first point is clear and resolved. it is vanilla sidebar menu that i needed. Thank you.

I was not understood for the second point. For the main menu, that is clear and ok. Considering your vanilla demo website.
When you click on the Blog menu, for instance, there is a secondary menu that also shows under the search bar: Home, Categories Tags, Authors, Team Blogs, Archives, Calendar. How do you get this menu? what module and in which module position should i post it to get this menu? The same thing when you select the Discussion main menu. I hope I am communicating.

Regarding the language switcher, I was also not understood. As you may notice, i have posted in in the right position. But i think it should be on one of the top module positions somehow. Where up there can i place it?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion on above reply. I have totally miss-understand your requirement

what module and in which module position should i post it to get this menu? The same thing when you select the Discussion main menu

In order for you to achieve that, you can use 'EasyBlog - Navigation Module' as shown http://take.ms/YNcsd on 'topnotification' positions. If those not available, you need to create a new one http://take.ms/gB8f3 and search for 'navigations modules respectively as shown http://take.ms/ljIV8

Where up there can i place it?

I have checked on your site, those positions already fully occupied, and maybe you can try to arranged those layout on vanilla itself as shown http://take.ms/iGuVQ and see how it goes.

Please advice.

Hey Alexandre,

That uses the module position "title" . You can place your menu module in that position. You can also preview module positions here, http://vanilla.stackideas.com/blog?tp=1

As for your language switcher module, I guess it depends on where you really want it to be. Some prefer showing it at the top while some prefer showing it at the footer.

Hi there,

You need to add customs css in order for you to make it shown as horizontal as you can see here http://take.ms/mksdF. I have added them and it should shown horizontal now. I have unpublished them currently.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
