Hi guys,
I know you put a lot of work on V3 and it shows, but why the themes are such a heavy weight? my whole site css (bootstrap, font awesome, 9 models, social plugins..) without komento is 180kb, with komento it's 359kb.
Komento still relies on bootstrap v3 and it cannot rely on Joomla's bootstrap because the core bootstrap framework in Joomla is pretty ancient.

Anyhow the css shouldn't be that large, will check with our designer to see why it is that large.

Maybe I have missed something, but most extensions these days allow the user to disable bootstrap, if it's loaded by the template. On Komento themes, it's not a separate css, as fas as
I know I can make my own theme, it's just one more assignment to do.

Any way, still learning Komento v3 beta, but the improvements are huge.

We cannot decouple bootstrap because we are running on a fork of Bootstrap 3. We will see what can be done to shrink it's size but at least we got rid of those fats on the scripts as I do think that CSS does not have as much impact as javascripts
