I'm guessing it's not possible yet but just thought I would check in case I missed it, but I find it frustrating that the only editor you seem to be able to use for creating event listings, profile information etc, is a simple plain text one?

Is there a way to use the wysiwyg editor for creating more interesting descriptions of events, "about me" pages on profiles etc and if not is this on the roadmap ? Thanks.

PS - even Community builder allows html editing in profiles
Hi,

Currently it is not possible.

Shame, quite a basic feature in most Joomla components

Yeah it's a shame but hopefully something that can come in future. Currently I have to have articles / EasyBlog content supporting my EasySocial stuff because I can have HTML / Bootstrap codes and buttons etc in articles / EasyBlog.. just not in the EasySocial areas like Event Descriptions where ideally you would like the extra power to use HTML (if the admin has set an editor). Let's make sure it's on Voices somewhere!
