Hi Rose,
May I know which domain is experiencing this issue and how to replicate it? I tried to replicate the issue in xxx.org.il by registering as a new user but I could not replicate it. Can you also check and make sure the backend and ftp access provided for that domain is correct? Thanks.

I've update the admin + ftp +doman last week, when you fix the last problem I've after the update.

1. The registration records is not complete and lot of required fields are missing
2. The registration users get http error 500.

Actually I still don't quite understand the issue. Can you elaborate more on this, and how to replicate, screenshots would also helps.

The ftp access you provided is for bioteach.org.li or the other site? I could not access the ftp.

It's something wrong with users registration after the last update.

1. Users not see there captcha on the registration form ( I remove it for now) .
2. Some of the users can't register correctly the screen stack or display error 500
3. I get missing recumbent fields value on the registration request on the admin panel .

I try to register now but the form stack ....
after a while I got HTTP ERROR 500 on my browser

In the admin panel I saw that the system add me to the registration request list without any of the profile recurrent fields that I've add to the registration form.

I have helped you fixed the error relating to PasswordHash.php. For max execution time error, you can try to increase the max_execution_time value in your php.ini file and see if the error persists. As for the rest, may I know whether they are showing on the front end? Or all these errors hidden?

I've tried to register in your site through the full registration form, it seems work fine, you can check my attached screenshot below. If the issue still persists, perhaps you can download this Jing software so that you can record a short video to show us how to replicate this issue from your side.

I believe when you increase the `max_execution_time` php value set to higher, it should fix one of the error you described at above. And the rest of the error is actually not related Easysocial component. Keep us update then if you see any error on your page.

I believe that is because when you during the registration hitting the 500 error so the system unable to store the rest of the custom field value, now important part is install `Jing` software as I mentioned at above so that you can record a video to show us how to replicate this issue.

seems that I found something that clear the problem !!!
I found out that if I register like you did and insert in the joomla user fullname custom field name with English character or numbers the registration process work fine !
But if I insert name in Hebrew as my users done its cause the problem and get error 403 .

please advice ASAP

Yes, I can able to login and troubleshoot this issue long hour ago, I found out that is the bug, currently I am not really sure is it Joomla changed something then causing this issue, but I already applied the fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\apps\fields\user\joomla_fullname\joomla_fullname.php, it should work fine now, can you give it a try?
