Hi, i'dlike to report a bug from my website related to status non confirmed user

step to replicate:
1. Go to the website and subscribe to a free plan
2. fill in the form to subscribe, then press ok
3. when you seen the invoice (see attachment), don't fill it. at this moment go to administrator it will displays user with no status
4. wait 24 hours then go again in administrator, now you will see the user that the user's status is empty!!!
5. Go to frontend and login as the user you've created, and enjoy, free functionality!!!

I have checked this issue at your site with user test1, everything is working fine.
Invoice will be marked paid after click on checkout button, after that subscription will get active.

In your case it seems , user just click on subscribe button, on invoice checkout button nothing is done, that's why it's in no-status.

Can you please cross check it again and update me.

Hi Manisha, i mind that i've misunderstood my request. In fact my problem is that the software don't remove any dummy record while i've setting it to remove any subscription with "no status" every one day.

So in the first time it assign the user as "no status" (that is ok), but if you wait 24 h (one day), the user is still in the database, with a blank status and the as he has an access level equal to registered (JAFree) and he can log in to the site!

Hello,

As per screen shot attached in above reply , that you have set the period in Auto Delete Dummy Records.
You have created JUser Type app also, which will work for subscription status active, expired and hold.

For No-Status , it will not work. Guest usertype assign when subscription will marked as hold , no for no status.

Hello,

Actually in case of No-status invoice user will not added in usergroup as per JUser Type app.
This app will not work for no-status, because user is not subscriber yet.

Let me know why you need to assign this usergroup on no-status invoice.
