I am having issues where I have allowed users to create events in groups, or events in general on the website. However, every time an event is created, I have to approve each and every single event. In addition, nobody in a group can create an event from within that group. I thought I had everything figured out in the ACP, but even still, Users are unable to create events in a group, and I still have to approve all events submitted to the website. Is there some way to override this and allow users to create events from within a group and also to make it so that I do not have to approve every single event sent to the the site?
Hi Don,
make it so that I do not have to approve every single event sent to the the site?
You can try disabling this in the profile type ACL(http://take.ms/0BAvV).
allow users to create events from within a group
Can you try adding the Event Create custom field to the group category custom field so that you can configure which members are able to create a group event(http://take.ms/Xq3Wf)?

Hey Dan,
Yes I mentioned adding the custom field in the group category. Anyway nice work finding the location of those settings. I apologize if my explanation was not very specific.
Once you have configured those settings, try it out and let us know if your initial issue is resolved. Thanks.
