where are setting the limit for sending messages? I have not found.
My users tell me that can neither send nor receive private messages. and get a system error the quota.
Hello Anastasia,

May I know what do you mean by
a system error the quota.
Is it the error is "Sorry, but you have exceeded the amount of messages allowed to be sent daily. Please try again tomorrow." If this is the error displayed, it is a known issue. Please configure it here: Components > EasySocial > Access > Discover > Start Scan. After you do this, you may try send private messages to your EasySocial members & see how it goes.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

I did /administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=access&layout=discover
and got 7 rules (I did it yesterday too)
and? what now?

I look at /administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=access and see 2 pages with rules and first rule is - "Daily Send Limit
Configure the maximum number of messages user can send a day."
I unpublish it yesterday, but some user cant send messages anyway.
And this rule - how I can set it? Where I can configure?

I set unpublish but I see system message - succes published but icon is red.

Hello Anastasia ,

Sorry for late reply to this,
First you have to enable this "Daily send Limit" access rules from your Access tab.
Then you can configure from your backend > Easysocial > Profile type > Select your Profile type > ACCESS tab > Conversation tab
it should be fix this new rules
