Users cant comment on easyblog

I already checked my cpnel and comments options are activated. Also, I have some issues in my cpnael, I have some options that looks like this:

COM_EASYBLOG_SETTINGS_WORKFLOW_DEFAULT_ALLOW_COMMENT (I attached an image). Maybe this its related with my problem that comments system doesn't works.
Hey Eduardo,

The reason that guests are unable to post comments is because of your ACL settings. I have configured this for you by enabling the ACL "Post Comments" for the public group
