Hi Guys...
I'm hitting an issue when people try to register. If you go to my website http://it-advice.guru when clicking the register button, users are getting a 404 error.
I've posted details of my site below for login. Any ideas?
Dave
Hello Dave,

It looks like your license is associated to a different domain. The Professional license only entitles you for support for a single domain and not multiple domains.

Hi.
I've just changed that on the system - guys4guys is dead - I'm taking it down (was too difficult to police).
My license should now be assigned to it-advice.guru.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your response. Justin here, from Stack Ideas' marketing team. As Mark have stated, for all of our Pro licenses, we only provide support up to one domain. Though we do allow our users to update their registered domain, we do so under supervision as we do not want users to abuse our support system.

I was informed, by Mark, that you've requested for support for your previous domain, and then switched to a new domain and request for a fresh support. On our record, you've requested for support on 2 domains (with the ones in this thread being the third). I would have to ensure that everything checks out and our system is free from being abused. It would be best if you write to our Marketing team via our CRM and explain to them on the reason for you to frequently changes your registered domain.

Alternatively, should you wish to have support on multiple domain, you can purchase the EasySocial Unlimited; we provide support for 5 domains for that license or you can purchase a new EasySocial Pro for your new domains.

I apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you and let me know if there's anything more that I can assist you with.

Justin.
Please refer to my comments in your CRM #38929
Just for the record, I do not switch domains "Frequently". I've had 2 failed projects, with U-Read now in operations, and "Guys4Guys" about to close down.
IT-Advice.GURU is my new venture, using your solutions on my subscription. I am not running multiple websites, and swtiching domains so as to exploit your system/my subscription.
I look forward to your response

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your response. I apologies for using the term "frequently"; our system actually has a built-in safe mechanism where it will raise a red flag whenever anyone exploits the support system by changing domains. Well, I have received your ticket (ticket # : 38929) and have replied there. Let's continue there, shall we?

Hi Justin.
I've responded to your ticket, thanks for getting back to me.

I don't know if the issues I am having are due to an issue with EasySocial sh404sef files, or if it's a problem with sh404sef itself. I've managed to get the registration working if I rearrange the ordering of the EasySocial system plugin, but in doing so, I then find that other links break on the site.

I've read that it's suggested that sh404sef should be placed last in the list of system plugins - but nobody states whether the ordering should be ascending or descending!

My suspicion is that the system plugins are not ordered correctly to allow EasySocial to hand off the registration process, or something of that nature, so any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks
Dave

Hello Dave,

Can you provide us with FTP access so we can check on the issue directly? Also it is possible that you have set some redirection settings on your site?

Hi Ezrul
I am not aware of any redirection settings on the website. The current problem only started after installing sh404sef.
I only use SFTP on the website. I've put the details in below.

Hello Dave,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I have modified some url that related with the registration page in your sh404sef panel and you will be able to click on the register button now to register. Can you give it a try?
