Visitors of my website can post reactions, which will be published after my moderation.
But there is no button they can use to post a reaction on a published comment.
Only when I (superuser) log in to the front end, I can use a button to react on a comment.
How can I fix this, so every visitor can react?
Thank you!
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Do you mean the public user unable to like the comment?

If yes, actually it is current behavior which only allow registered user can able to like the comment.

No, I do not mean that.
I mean that, as a guest, I cannot react on other people's comments.
While, as a superuser, reacting is possible! Please check screen dumps.
In the configuration of Komento, I have activated that comments on comments are possible, though!

The current behavior is, the system will not allow guest user to like the other people comment, it only available for the registered user.

This is why the like will disappeared when guest user view on the article page.

I am not asking about the 'like' button. I am asking about a missing button to react on a previous comment. I have configured Komento to react 5 levels deep. But my guests cannot react on comments. Most visitors of my site never sign in, they just visit and read,
Please enable this option for any visitor!
Thank you.

I am sorry that I did not know the way you said "react" is reply, so you mean you would like to allow guest user to reply to the comment right?

If yes, you have to configure it from backend > Komento > ACL > edit public and guest user group > ensure that Reply Comments permission is enable.
