Users cannot edit their own posts

I'm having issues with the posts on my site. Users and admins can't edit their own posts. I would like to be able to have the admin edit anyone's post, and users edit their own.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Unfortunately that was not possible to edit if you post as link,photo steam or etc, because now only available to edit when you post as story stream. (you can refer on my attached screenshot below.)
