When users click on Account Settings from the EasySocial Dropdown Menu, it takes them to the profile screen. It does not allow users to edit their settings. How do I fix this to allow users to edit their own settings?
Hi there,

It seems that you menu is not properly saved and it cant be detected by your site. I have re-saved them and it should works as it should now.

By the way, it seems that there are no 'Frontpage' menu item on your site, and it is compulsory to have it on your site to navgate through-out your site. I have added one entitled 'Community' on menu hidden and it should work fine now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Hi Gregor de Lijzer,

It might be because you have update/upgrade from very older version and might caused this issues to happen. By the way, what i meant on above replies are, head to the menu sections and check for all created menu again and most likely, it doesn't contain it correct URL on the menu item itself. In order to make sure it is working, need to re-save them again in order to make sure it is working.

By the way, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend and ftp access for us further check on this issues, by creating a new ticket instead for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Thanks for sharing Dietrich.
