Ahaha i must be your nightmare so much to solve...i noticed that in easy social the discuss app that you can post a message inside the stream of profile or mainpage works fine with registered users..with some issues.
In my site all post need to moderated.
1.link in stream of easysocial if post is under moderation leads to an 404 error page.

2.i have made a group for moderators
i have add there my admin and 3 other moderator accounts

...when i try to to send a message it shows the loading gif and loops endlessly...

this happens and to the others moderator accounts may acl conflict somewhere?
i send you the admin and a test users in additional informations if you want to enable the discuss up and replicate the above errors.and you have my permission to connect and fix files if possible.

if there is not a solution i will disable this for now.

I tested this and seems like it work as it should, where your those users that dont have permission and their post required to be moderate will be shown this http://take.ms/qvyvN

It does post and it take quite a time for it to be posted on your site, it might be it related this https://stackideas.com/forums/high-cpu-70-100-usage-with-14-online-users thread

Can consult with your current web hosting service provider regarding this and see how it goes.

Ok well i checked again for the registered user is working ok...if you are a moderator you can see the stream and when you click the link of the post without being accepted first it shows 404...if moderators know that its ok but it would be nice to had a page instead. you can login as admin i have a post made via the stream it need to be approved... you will see the post its name is blah blah on stream for everyone. Registered users dont see it as they should.

Ηm maybe a quick fix to block moderators too from seeing the link in the stream like registered users until is approved?

One more you could add in the next release fix for the EasyDiscuss application on easy social regarding the new moderated posts links bug that moderators can see
in the stream and lead to 404 error page until the post is approved...

is that when a moderator rejects a post
then the link in the stream gets visible to the logged in users and public users like when approved regardless that it is rejected.
when you choose reject in forum moderation in frontend Its state changes to approved on the stream..you should change the state of reject to be like the delete command you send in the stream when someone deletes a rejected message in back end
thats all. hope you fix this soon because its a nice and useful plug-in to have.
