users apps - a bug?

I wanted to unpublished "articles" apps so in the back end i did so, but the app is still available for installation.
I think this is due to the fact that there is version conflict. The app i unpublished was 1.2.155 but the application available for installation is actually 1.2.158. Am i right? Do you guys know how to unpublished it safely? Thank you.

I think you are editing the wrong app. The app on the front end seems like it is a K2 app?
