Users and their posts being deleted without input from admins?

I’m a member on a forum which has recently migrated to EasyDiscuss and we’re having some issues. One of our other members can't login to his account, and all his posts appear to be deleted. At first we just thought he had been banned but the moderators have assured us he isn't and that they will look into the issue. It appears that the EasyDiscuss software has deleted this user and all of his posts by itself. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and if so, how was it fixed?
it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

No mistake, I don't run the forum I'm just a member on the site but said I'd try and help figure out what's going on. Have you ever known an issue like that, where just one user and their posts are all deleted. It hasn't, to our knowledge, deleted any other user.
