Hello,

i am just discovred this new featue in ES 1.4, i found the options in the ES settings to set the delay (2 weeks, 1 month, ..)

can you tell us how this feature is working and where we can check the emails stats ?
other question, where we can find the file to customize the mail template ?
Hi Jan,

This features works by detecting last login user status and then check if the user has been inactive for certain period of time set from your backend settings. If the user has been inactive beyond the period checking, easysocial will send email reminder notification to the user that they have been inactive from the social site for quite some time and asking them to come back to the site

The email template can be found from your /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/emails/html/user/remind.inactive.php .

Hi Jan... You can see a bit about how it's working through this Voices request and the link within that too where it's been discussed on the forum before.. http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial/item/921 (vote for it whilst you're there if you'd like it to work as suggested there!)

For where to check the email stats... go to Easy Social > Email Activity in your Joomla admin.. there you see the mails. You can search on the subject title of the reminders (by default "we miss you" would pick them all up)

For mail template customisation that's been covered a lot here in the forums.... just search email customisation and you should get all your answers.
