Users able to block admins

We have found that users can block admins and we can't see what they are up to, this removes the admins ability to monitor potential problem users who could actually be using the site for nefarious reasons.

Is there a way we can prevent admins from been blocked?
Try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\profile\default.header.php, it should fix this issue.

Hi thanks for your response, we tried this and it gives a 404 when going to profile on the users that have banned admins.

Hey there,

The fix I provided at above is make that `block user` link disappear on the user profile page.

If you would like to fix this, I have to go through your phpmyadmin to delete that data which user already banned your site admin.

Can you provide us with your following details?
1. Joomla backend, FTP and phpmyadmin access
2. Which user account page you hit 404? Is it can provide us with this user name or user id?

I already help you removed these record from your database, it should work fine now, can you ask your admin view their user profile again?
