May I know which version of Conversekit are you using? The latest one is 1.0.5 and this issue is already fixed there. If you're using the old version, please upgrade.

If you're using the latest version and still having the same problem, kindly provide your site's FTP details for further checking.

was 1.05, now is 1.0.6 and issue still exist. On echo demosite is actually 1.0.5? Same issue still there too.
Clear all conversations, start new chat and click on "Mark Lee" for example then there is written the username "mark ". After posting one item and press F5 all is fine and "Mark Lee" is conversationtitel.

changed line:
$data->conversationTitle = $user->getName($recipient);

to

$data->conversationTitle = $user->getName();

Pls dont forget to change it in next version.
