May i know which components are referring to?

If you referring to EasyBlog, you can change "Name Display Format" at Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Settings>layout>General as shown http://prntscr.com/cpzrwp.
If your referring to EasyDiscuss, you can change "User's Display Name format" at Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Settings>layout>Users as shown http://prntscr.com/cpzsg8
If you referring to EasySocial, you can change them at Settings>Users>Display>Display Options>Display name format>Real Name
