Hello,

I'm upgrading my Joomlasite to 3.3.6 and installed Komento instead of JComments, which I used the last years. I'm glad that I could migrate all the Comments in the new component. But instead of line breaks there are lots of < br / > in the text



The other problem is, that the real name is shown, even I chosed "username" in the configuration:



Only in the Komento Userfile the Username is shown.

Last but not least: Is it possible to link the Username with the CB profile instead of Komento Userporfile?

Can you help me, please?

Yes it is possible to link Komento profile with Community Builder. You can find it in Komento > Configuration > Profile > Integration = Community Builder.

Yes it is possible to link Komento profile with Community Builder. You can find it in Komento > Configuration > Profile > Integration = Community Builder.

When I change this and click on the Name of the one, who commented, I get the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this section as the profile system is disabled"

Probably, because I'm using the free version? At the moment, I'm testing Komento on a copy of my Website, therefore I only installed the free version and the site is saved with a password ...

Hi Jana,

The reason why the error is displayed is most probably you didn't set the Enable Komento Profile System = Yes..

Oh, it seems that you are currently using the Komento Free version. I apologize as we can only provide support to either Komento Pro or Unlimited. I highly suggest for you to get the Komento Pro which is only $35.

Principally I don't have any problem with bying the Pro Version, but don't want to pay money before I can be sure, that the problems can be fixed.Becaus if this isn't possible, I have to look for another commentation-component. I hope, you can understand this?
