Can we remove entaccountants.com, please? I have a returning client at gerrypeters.ca.

I watched on the user's screen where he uploaded an image, but after spooling, it disappeared from the media window and was not available anywhere.

I can log into his account on my computer and add images without issue, but not on his machine.

This one has me baffled.

Unfortunately, this time we can't change your licensed domain from entaccountants.com to gerrypeters.ca because you requested to remove this domain shphotographie.com and then change it to entaccountants.com last time (https://stackideas.com/forums/cannot-log-into-linked-in).

By the way, it seems like I can't replicate this issue on my laptop as well.

Perhaps you can try to watch my attached video below on how to check what the error is shown on the browser development console tool? (Need to check the ajax response when the user uploads an image from the media manager)

I find the user was using Firefox in Windows 7. Once he tried it in Chrome, he was successful.

Thanks for letting us know about this but we do not have Windows 7 machine to test this out currently.

Do you watch my video above on how to check whether the ajax response show up any error when uploading an image through the composer media manager from the Firefox browser?
